I contacted Outerbanks roofing after shingles were ripped off following Hermine. I asked if they could tarp the exposed wood and provide an estimate for a new roof as we felt the damage was extensive enough to warrant replacement. They put tar paper over the exposed wood and provided us with an estimate within a day of our call. We then contracted them to replace the roof and were very pleased with the results and workmanship. Very responsive and easy to work with.
